On May 14, 2026, in Hanoi, UNINOVA officially signed a strategic cooperation agreement with the Posts and Telecommunications Institute of Technology (PTIT) and Vocational College No. 1 – Ministry of Defense (MOD). This event marks a significant step in deploying Artificial Intelligence (AI) to personalize training, advancing the digital education ecosystem.
The signing ceremony took place at PTIT with the presence of senior leadership from the three organizations: Assoc. Prof. Dr. Dang Hoai Bac – Director of PTIT, Mr. Do Dinh Dong – CEO of UNINOVA, and Major Nguyen Huu Tiep – Principal of Vocational College No. 1 – MOD.

The agreement establishes a comprehensive collaboration model where each party plays a specialized role in driving educational innovation:
-
PTIT: Provides academic sponsorship and specialized academic foundations.
-
UNINOVA: Supplies the technology infrastructure, AI solutions, and operational frameworks through the Unilearn smart learning platform.
-
Vocational College No. 1 – MOD: Acts as the practical implementation environment to pilot advanced teaching models with its teaching staff and students.
Unilearn and AI integration: The future of personalized education
The synergy between military discipline and UNINOVA’s technological capabilities aims to create a highly effective training environment. The core of this agreement focuses on researching and implementing AI-driven teaching methodologies directly in classrooms and workshops.
By integrating UNINOVA’s AI solutions, the Unilearn smart learning platform serves as a digital assistant. It enables educators to monitor progress, assess capabilities, and provide detailed, individual feedback, replacing traditional one-size-fits-all lesson plans. For learners, Unilearn facilitates:
-
Increased autonomy: Empowers students to manage and control their own learning paths.
-
Personalized experience: Automatically optimizes revision content based on individual performance data.
-
Early technology adoption: Familiarizes students with AI applications while maintaining strict standards for information security and technological ethics.
A milestone solidifying UNINOVA’s position in the digital era
During the event, leadership from all parties agreed that integrating AI into education is a necessity to improve workforce quality. This partnership lays the groundwork for building standardized digital learning materials and systematic digital training processes, with the strategic goal of expanding this model across the military vocational education system.
For UNINOVA, this agreement reinforces our capabilities in the EdTech sector and demonstrates the practical effectiveness of the Unilearn platform. Partnering with a leading technology institute (PTIT) and a highly disciplined institution (Vocational College No. 1 – MOD) drives UNINOVA to further scale our smart learning solutions to more students and educational institutions nationwide.
We believe that by adopting AI as a learning companion, the workforce emerging from this collaboration will possess both strong professional skills and the adaptive mindset required for the global knowledge economy.
